Refund policy
We hope that every shopping experience at Sherako Shop (sherakoshop.com) is satisfying. If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receipt. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting your application.
1. Applicable conditions for return and exchange
You can apply for a return or exchange in the following cases:
The application is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods;
The goods are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and keep the original packaging and accessories complete;
Provide valid order information and reason for return and exchange.
The following cases are not applicable to unconditional return and exchange:
Exceeding the return and exchange period of 14 days;
The goods have been obviously used or washed;
Damage caused by human factors, such as scratches, cracks, paint peeling, etc.;
Due to personal preference (such as slight color deviation) rather than product quality problems;
Special promotional items, gifts, etc. marked as non-returnable.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Please send an email to [email protected] within 14 days after receiving the product, stating the order number, reason for return and exchange, and relevant photos (if any);
Customer service will reply to you within 3-5 working days and provide the return and exchange address and subsequent instructions;
Please pack the product safely and send it back within 7 days after confirmation;
We will process the refund or exchange within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product, and the refund will be returned to your payment method.
3. Shipping fee instructions
Returns and exchanges due to product quality problems (such as damage, wrong delivery, serious defects): We will bear all return and exchange shipping costs;
Returns applied for personal reasons (such as dislike, need, size does not match): Customers are required to bear the return shipping costs, and the re-shipping shipping costs for the exchange are also borne by the customer;
Please do not use the "cash on delivery" method to send the package back. If the customer uses it without authorization, the package will be rejected or the fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
4. Special Notes
To ensure hygiene, some sealed or food-contact products (such as tableware, cutting boards, fresh-keeping boxes, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged without reason once they are unsealed;
Please be sure to contact the customer service team for confirmation before returning the goods. Unauthorized returns will not be processed;
The refund time depends on your payment institution and usually takes 5-10 working days to arrive.
