1. Shipping Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Once your order is shipped, we will send order confirmation and tracking information by email.


2. Shipping Method and Estimated Time

We mainly deliver goods to Europe and the United States by sea or land transportation. Due to the use of standard transportation channels, the shipping time may vary depending on the destination country/region.


North America (USA, Canada): Estimated delivery time is 20-35 working days


Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): Estimated delivery time is 25-40 working days


Remote areas or uncontrollable factors (such as customs clearance, weather, public health, etc.) may cause delays.


We currently do not support expedited express delivery. Please understand that we choose sea/land transportation to ensure reasonable prices while reducing carbon footprint.


3. Shipping Policy

We offer a flat-rate shipping plan, which will be automatically calculated and displayed based on the destination at checkout.


Some areas may enjoy free shipping for orders over a certain amount, which is subject to the website promotion information.


All shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees that may be charged by the destination country.


4. Order Tracking

All orders can be tracked in real time after shipment through the tracking link provided in the email.


Please note that some international shipping information may be updated with delays, especially during the package transfer or customs clearance stage.


If you do not receive tracking information within 7 working days after shipment, please send an email to [email protected] and we will handle it for you in a timely manner.


5. Risks and Responsibilities

After the order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the shipping company, delays, losses or damages during transportation are usually the responsibility of the logistics company.


If you find that the packaging is severely damaged after receiving the goods, please take photos for evidence before signing for it, and immediately contact the local carrier or our customer service team for assistance.


Please ensure that the delivery information provided is complete and accurate. The customer shall bear the relevant responsibility for delivery failure caused by incorrect address.
